Our Story

Founded in 1978 by Duane Larson, NSL Saw & Tool began as a small chainsaw blade sharpening service in his basement. As demand grew, so did our reputation for excellence. In 1991, we moved to our current location in Bountiful, Utah, where we now offer complete knife sharpener, clipper blade sharpening, and saw blade sharpening services.

  • After moving to Utah after 28 years in Massachusetts I tried NSL to sharpen some router bits. They did an excellent job on the bits and didn't get any burn marks in the hickory I was using to build Kitchen cabinets. Now they deliver to where I live. Excellent service.
